I have translated the rules into English and you can read my translation here. Thank you to http://belot-rules.hit.bg/ for providing the Bulgarian version. If you can't wait to play there is a windows version from http://belot.hit.bg which you can also download from here. You need to have Bulgarian fonts for it to work though!
The first implementation will be in java 1.4.2 but perhaps we will look into creating a 1.1.8 version later on. If you wish to help with development please feel free to contact me.
